The Engineers at Sonken have spend the last 6 months updating the internal circuitry to further improve the sound performance of the SA-720 and the work has paid off.

the new Sonken CS-600 Karaoke Music Speakers which are a perfect companion to the SA-720.
The new CS-600 has a 10" Woofer with 4x 3" Tweeters and is 350 Watts (RMS) and I just love the sound and the black finish with rose gold trim is very modern and stylish.
Of course if you want more bass again there is also the Sonken CS-612 Speakers which feature the 12" Woofer with 4x 3" Tweeters also producing 350 Watts (RMS).

The only real difference between the CS-600 and CS-612 speakers is the BASS response with the 12" Woofer you get naturally a deeper sound, that said the CS-600 packs a major punch and at half volume it's really to much for the room.
Don't get me wrong I love the big sound, but the wife was quick to come and tell me to turn it down. So with the CS-612 you will get even more BASS starting at a lower volume, that said I personally would only move up to the CS-612 Speakers if you have a large open space so the sound can travel.
The SA-720RB also features Bluetooth connectivity so you can stream music directly from your Phone, Tablet or Smart TV (also now with Optical Audio Input) so you can sing-along and mix your vocals.

The next step up from the SA-720 is the SA-767 which has 50 Watts RMS more overall power.

What will you choose? for me the SA-720 sits perfectly in the middle for my needs just nicely.
