Even better, the EZY Mic 5.2 operates on its own unique frequencies, so it won’t interfere with the two factory-included KBEATBOX wireless microphones.

What About Bluetooth Streaming?

Here’s the clever part.

Because the KBEATBOX needs to be in AUX Mode, its own Bluetooth audio input is disabled. But the EZY Mic 5.2 includes built-in Bluetooth, so you can still play your karaoke tracks:

• Simply pair your phone/tablet with the EZY Mic 5.2 Bluetooth,

• Your music streams through the EZY Mic system,

• And everything flows into the KBEATBOX via AUX—music + all four microphones together.

This setup works perfectly for anyone who uses Bluetooth as their main audio source, which is the vast majority of home karaoke users.

Important Note

This solution only works when your audio source is Bluetooth.
If you're using optical input from a smart TV or other non-Bluetooth sources, those signals won’t pass through while the KBEATBOX is in AUX mode.

For Bluetooth users, however, it’s a brilliant and simple way to get four singers on stage at the same time—ideal for parties, family nights, and big group sing-alongs.

• Set gain carefully — Don’t crank the volume too high at first. Start with low mic gain and raise gradually to avoid feedback.

• Use anti-feedback feature — The built-in anti-feedback helps, but positioning matters: keep mics pointed away from speakers where possible.

It might only weigh 7kgs, and yes it's compact, but don't let the fool you because the new kid on the block from KBEATBOX can well and truly hold its own, and if your limited on space at your place and don't want to spend a lot of money but don't want a toy either then I think this might just be what your looking for!

The CS-200PU provides an amazing 50 Watts (RMS) Audio output power, that's a thumping 300 Watts (PMPO).

Now if your TV has Bluetooth you won't need to use the AUX input just pair the TV to the CS-200PU and the audio will stream through and you can sing-along, else if your TV doesn't have Bluetooth just add the optional DAC adapter and you will use your TV's optical output and feed that through the AUX line input again so you can sing-along to the audio from the TV.

Wireless Microphones Changes on January 1st 2015 are you ready...

In an long lasting gift to us all the former Labor Government sold off more of our publicly held airwaves to raise you guessed it for more money, the band width has been sold to mobile network operators and we all have to pay for this new policy commencing 1st January 2015 buy upgrading non complaint devices.

Yes you can sing in the new year with your existing wireless microphones but come 12.01am on the first of January 2015 they become illegal as a result of the changes.

Not all wireless microphones frequencies are affected by the change, only wireless microphones which fall between (694 - 820 MHz) are no longer able to be used as a result of this new law.

Your device may be multi-frequency changeable so check your wireless device, if the device is on a fixed frequency in this range then your out of luck.

There are penalties if you get caught using them so be forewarned.

At KHE we sell the Sonken (Australia) range of wireless microphones and if you own the Sonken 500R, 550R or 600R your all good as these frequencies are not effected at all.

Older models of the 1000R, 1500R, 2000R and Ezy Microphones operated in this frequency range so these will need to be retired, they have since been upgraded to comply with the changes so check the frequencies as you might already have the latest models.
